Very inconsistent service and experience at this BMW. Last several times treated poorly , this time Was told i had to pay to air put in my tires ! Also they gave me a cheap hertz rental last several times but the guys next to me got 7 series when I asked they said he was there earlier then me .. then as I was waiting for rental another guy came in a got a BMW instead of a hertz car .
