Jose was kind, polite, helpful, and willing to work with us. We were impressed with DTLA Honda’s Lifetime Warranty, and the Certified Pre Owned Honda we came to see was in immaculate condition. Once the transaction was complete, Jose drove the car from DTLA to Venice even though his shift had ended by the time the finance rep was able to see us. The dealership was sparkling clean and we were offered water and popcorn multiple times. All around positive experience. I will definitely be returning for any future Honda purchases. More
