Outstanding customer service! I live in Seattle and a few friends of mine had previously purchased cars from LHM dealership. They have dealt directly with Luis Castilla, so as soon I live in Seattle and a few friends of mine had previously purchased cars from LHM dealership. They have dealt directly with Luis Castilla, so as soon as I started looking at cars they recommended I reached out to him. Luis was so easy going, answered all my questions (thousands of them) and explained details on the deals they had. I was originally looking for a crossover but after searching and budgeting I had set my mind to getting a Camry. After I pointed out this to Luis he offered the new RAV4 which was a bit over the budget I had in mind but for sure the new design and features caught my eye. Luis and Andrew sent me videos of the outside and inside of the vehicle (eye candy for sure) and decided spending a bit more was definitely worth it. After locking the deal it took me about two weeks to actually be able to flight out there to pick up the car. They went that extra mile by picking me up from the airport and making coffee for me while I waited for the paperwork to be completed to end the sale. I love the car and definitely loved the service, promptness and attitude they had through the whole process. Thank you Luis, Andrew and Austin! I will be definitely recommending you guys! More
