I have had 2 bad experiences with Wolfchase Honda. My experience was not a good one overall. From the beginning, when I first visited and chose a vehicle, I had to wait 7 hours, and I am not exaggerat My experience was not a good one overall. From the beginning, when I first visited and chose a vehicle, I had to wait 7 hours, and I am not exaggerating (until it was time to close) before I was seen to close the deal. I was there from 1 pm to 9 pm and was dropped off by family. Then, as I was about to sign, the price of the vehicle was incorrect from what I saw online. I had to confirm the price on my cell phone continuously to salesman and management. We finally agreed with the price, however this experience was unacceptable. On another day I had to bring my vehicle for minor repair, as was discussed at the time of signing, and when I got it back, the repairs were not done properly. One of the manager had to assist me and I had to physically use my own tools to repair another part of my vehicle that was improperly placed on my own. Needless to say, I left the dealership sweating from working on my own vehicle. The only positive thing that came of this was the female Service member(Lea) who took the time to assist me and actually cared about the mishandling of my repair. More

Iwent to pick up New car at 4:50 PM Friday and the financial person had just left. Also they only had one key to my newly purchased car.
