I had appt with Isabel, when I showed up she had Ryan show me cars. He had no idea what I had been speaking to Isabel for a week about via text. I told him I wanted to look at the Santa Fe that I had been working on with Isabel. He ignored me. I asked him where it was. He just said I don’t know. The only time Isabel showed up was when me and Ryan were trying to make a deal. Ryan told me the vehicle I was going to buy was $38,000, but then went up a couple thousand dollars. I kept saying I was not happy settling for my second choice.
After purchase on Friday, July 12, I let Isabel know on Monday morning following, that I was not happy with my vehicle. It did not have garage door opener and still upset with the price increase. I was told the manager would contact me. I did not talk to Steve, the gm until Wednesday. He is the most rudest, condescending man I have ever talked to in my life. He left me a message that he is so busy all the time and he had a solution to my problem and we would talk the next day. When he finally called he accused me of lying about his two employees and said they are the best and he did not believe me. He would not let me get a word in, instead he raised his voice to me and treated me as such an unvalued customer that was wrong. I repeated that I was not calling anyone a liar or anything like that. He continued to talk about how he did not believe me and still would not let me talk. I was not ever able to tell him why I did not want my car. Never in my life have I ever been treated so badly as when he called me. I had to hang up after him telling me how wrong I was over and over. I did tell him he is the biggest xxxxxxx I have ever talked to in my life. He made me cry over the phone. I text him and told him not to ever contact me again. After I text that he had the nerve to send me a deal for the original vehicle I wanted and was never shown. He also told me that I don’t know Isabel’s business and that a walk in customer is more important than any customer with an appointment. Like I said, rudest jerk I have ever come across in my life. Your customer service sucks and I will never go to that dealership ever again. I will share this with every person that I know. Signed the most unsatisfied customer ever.
