Lizette was rude and very snappy toward us. Most of our time was spent sitting alone at a desk while she was on her phone in the other room where we could still see her. Everyone else was offered water or coffee, we weren't. Paoe? would come around and try to talk us into buying cars we have made clear we don't want. I'm assuming Luis was the one running the numbers and he made the choice to try and get us approved for a car that was never even discussed with us, that we also stated we did not want the body style. We got excited to hear we were approved and then we're told it was for a car we didn't even apply for or see. Diego seemed upset that we didn't go with him again although he stopped responding to my inquiry for help on the vehicle he sold to us that has problem after problem that the service department cant get under control, and I never heard back from him. The appointment was automatically scheduled with Lizette, so when he seen us he become very cold and rude and said 'good luck with that' in a condescending way before walking off. This place is awful and they just want to make a dollar while treating you disrespectfully. They don't deserve a dime and should all be trained on professionalism and why it matters. More

Your perspective differs from our actual experience with every employee we dealt with the many times we were there, mostly trying to fix the problematic vehicle you sold to us, and I have proof of this if ever needed for anyone. I never once refused to bring the vehicle back to you. It was communicated through multiple employees that we would be bringing it back with a timeframe even! Your failure to listen and communicate is not my problem, rather yours. After you seen the review (I'm assuming this is Luis again?) you called me to tell me something "very important" according to my voicemail. However, when I returned the call, I found it was only for you to complain about this review and talk over me and not listen to anything I had to say. You were too focused on yourself, just like the day you all were working "so hard" with "every lender" to put us in a vehicle we DID NOT WANT. Just because you all have incompetent vehicles on your lot, does not mean we weren't approved. We purchased a vehicle we actually wanted from another dealer at a much better price, without radiator and transmission issues, no smoking, no problems with shifting, no condescening employees, I could go on and on but that positive review is for them. I suggest you take the reviews you receive and use them as constructive critisim instead of something to just hurt your feelings and spew more lies, otherwise you all will continue to fail miserably. With all that said, Jen in Service was amazing, caring, even checked up on us and responded on her days off! I couldn't even get a response from anyone in sales or finance for at least 2 or more days IF I'd even receive a response at all; and I can prove this. So, Jen is great, but the rest of your staff, including yourself, are very much below average to put it nicely. Turns out I am able to get approved, just not with you all and whatever lenders you use. I never "refused" to give that POS back, but I am thankful you saved us a trip as we live farther away. That last sentence is clearly more lies, but I honestly do wish you all the best in the future for the sake of any other customers, so they can avoid wasting their time, being mistreated and ignored, sold a vehicle that barely runs when it does run, and then to be accused of false things. That was cute though! You should have spent your time on improving your quality rather than arguing with me about a negative, yet honest review.

When you inappropriately asked our employee to get involved with personal inappropriate personal relationship matters not having to do with business, and she declined, 2 weeks later you wanted to return the 2 cars you bought. There is nothing we can do about that and our employees don’t feel comfortable working with you. None of our employees cursed at you. We wish you the best with your cars.
