Very unresponsive. My car was taken there for service and it took about 10 calls from my side and over a week for me to get status update. Long time customer. Purchased my Ferrari with you guys in 2021. I also had a Gran Trurismo 2018, and recently bought an 2008 Quattroporte at Auction. Recent visit f Purchased my Ferrari with you guys in 2021. I also had a Gran Trurismo 2018, and recently bought an 2008 Quattroporte at Auction. Recent visit for 08 Quattro. Terribly disturbing. Car was there for 7 days. Nothing was repaired. Two items: steering shaking at 40-50 mph, 2 dummy lights on for fogs/alarm. I was asked to pay $798 to diagnose issue. Not to fix, just to diagnose. These are both MINOR issues and should not have to pay this amount to diagnose. Refused Service. Then had a problem with lower trim cover, front of vehicle. Was damaged during parking. Dealer could not locate parts with an Estimated Arrival Time. Was asked to pay $600 for part with no commitment on ETA. Asked to remove the damaged one on the car, and was charged $205 to remove 6 screws. THEN after all of this I received a 30 point inspection from the dealer, which flagged the 'dummy light fog/alarm issue' and a litany of other items plus service needed; charges would be $6900. This is no way to run a 'customer friendly' business. For loyal customers who have purchased a Ferrari from you, and have serviced 2 of their Maserati's with your dealership. After 7 days without my vehicle, absolutely NOTHING was resolved. Sorry -- but you asked for my opinion, so you got it. Frank Carus PS>. Not Luis' fault, I am assuming this is Dealership Policy which I do not agree with. It is not just about making money! Also, he could have spent more time locating the part for my car from someone who could provide an ETA. I found the Scuderia Parts in 10 minutes on the internet. All the parts are in stock and could be available w/ shipping in 2 weeks! More

Inept. My experience for the last 2 years has been horrible. Work i asked for to be done. Wasn’t. The cable charger was not installed and i was given a quote for damage repairs for someone else’s car! I’m moving on now. The pictures and estimate were for a blue Maserati. I had no bumper damage. I didn’t have a car for 3 weeks! I’m beyond disappointed. More
