Luis was phenomenal through our whole journey of car purchase. He communicated well and more importantly, he knows cars. There aren't many sales reps who are so familiar with technical aspects of the ca purchase. He communicated well and more importantly, he knows cars. There aren't many sales reps who are so familiar with technical aspects of the car particularly regarding a history of vehicles and why some legacy issues are no longer a concern. I'm a second time buyer of VW and first one left a bad taste but speaking to Luis gave me confidence in my purchase. Keep up the great work. More
