Not only Travis was VERY patient, and I could see that he cared about my business so he provided me every valuable information needed but Travis also made sure that I was comfortable all along the process and insisted me not to rush at all, and reminded me to make sure I was considering everything I really wanted out of my car. This was definitely the point of change, I was not just buying a car, but it was MY car and Travis was making sure that if I was not LOVING IT then it was not the right one for me. I was parking the car I was there to test drive when I got the call that my vehicle needed a complete transmission replacement, so I had basically no choice but to buy a vehicle that day. Everything about my experience there was excellent. My salesperson, Luis, was very patient with me while I spent time on the phone getting my affairs in order with my previous car and with my bank – he and the whole staff really went out of their way to make sure that I had a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience in the midst of the less-than-stellar circumstances.
