The lease on my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek was coming to an end, and I initially reached out to Royal Moore about upgrading to the 2024 Crosstrek. Adam Gates was extremely helpful throughout the entire process end, and I initially reached out to Royal Moore about upgrading to the 2024 Crosstrek. Adam Gates was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and after just a few conversations he helped me realize that the Crosstrek would be too small of a vehicle for my growing family. He showed me an Outback and I fell in love instantly. Adam and Fernando (manager) helped me find the right trim level that would allow me to keep most of the features I was accustomed to in my Crosstrek without a significant increase in my monthly payment. Luis the finance manager was also lovely to work with. I’m so happy with my Outback and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more enjoyable dealership experience. If you’re looking for someone who knows pretty much everything there is to know about Subarus and the feeling of hanging out with a friend rather than a salesperson, Adam Gates is your guy! More
