He was honest, genuine, and willing to work with my very selective car preferences. This was contrary to the many dealerships I walked away from because of poor customer service. unbeliebeable great experience In March 2014 my wife's 14 year old Buick La Saber needed a costly repair. It had served us well and we made the decision that it was time to move on. In March 2014 my wife's 14 year old Buick La Saber needed a costly repair. It had served us well and we made the decision that it was time to move on. We went to Ventura Toyota and met with Luis Martinez. We explained our position and he then proceeded to ask us a number of questions that allowed him to focus on a car that would meet my wife's needs. There wasn't a point where we felt rushed or pressured to purchase a car. He took the time throughout our walk to answer the many questions that we gave him. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Camry and felt very good about the purchase that we had made. Towards the end of August my 19 year old daughter was in need of a car and we went to AutoNation where she found a car that she liked. It had 57,000 miles and I signed the paperwork with the knowledge that I had 3 days to change my mind. That night I talked to my daughter and told her that with her monthly payments being slightly more than $300 I felt that we should go see Luis Martinez at Ventura Toyota because I felt with that type of payment she might be able to get into a new car. Luis listened to my daughters story and then asked if we would consider leasing a car for her. I then told him that I really wasn't interested in leasing and proceeded to explain the reason why. He listened carefully and then explained that leasing had greatly changed and told us how they currently worked. He then found her a 2014 Corolla that she really liked. She liked the idea of having smaller payments insurance that was slighter lower on the Corolla. We ended up leasing the Corolla for her and going back to Auto Nation to cancel that purchase. I do have to say that we were also treated very well at Auto Nation but the deal at Ventura Toyota was a better fit for my daughter. I had been driving a 2000 Toyota Sienna with over 170,000 miles and told Luis that I was not in a position to put myself in another car yet but wanted to get a idea of about what type of a cost I would be looking at. I had told my wife that the next repair over $1000 would be time to move on from the Sienna. Bottom line is I received a very fair trade in valve for my Sienna and ended up leasing a Versa. With the price I was able to get on the lease, the interest rate and the rebate at that time, it just made a lot of sense to move forward. No more worries about major expenses to fix any of our cars. It was a great working with Luis and I really appreciate the time he took with us. More

He gave us all the options we asked for, to purchase or to lease again, and there were several. Absolutely no pressure selling. Luis told us they valued our return business and were here to make us happy in whatever we decided. We decided to upgrade to the new 2014 Rav which had some features not on the 2011. Our lease price was excellent. Luis made the whole transaction comfortable and took his time explaining it all to us. Jackie Sanchez in the finance office was so efficient and thorough. We love Ventura Toyota and can say the service department is great too.....and they have yummy donuts and coffee while you wait. We are now an all Toyota family and will continue in the future with Ventura Toyota. Thank you! More

This is the second time that he helped us in buying a car and we couldn't be happier.His name is Luis Martinez and again, he listened to what WE wanted and made it happen for us. We left the lot with a new car and happy faces. We now have a car that gets over 50 miles per gallon and we love it! The car payment is unbelievable and we are driving a hi-tech well crafted car. It is great to get behind the wheel and not have to worry if you will have car trouble. There was no high pressure sales involved. We got what we wanted. So happy!!! More
