I have purchased several new vehicles and used vehicles in my life. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had from the general manager, all the way down to the sales, representative and finance per in my life. Steve, Luis and Paul made the experience phenomenally fun, easy and pleasant. I went to the Sister dealership earlier in the week and had a complete opposite experience and even debated on not purchasing a vehicle. However, I’m glad I came to this dealership and they have a customer for life. We plan on buying a RAV4 from the same dealership since the buying experience was so unique They even treated my family as good as they treated me. I have a four-year-old son and he has a ton of life in him (He’s hyper) but they even tended to him with their two playrooms! If you are serious about buying a vehicle, and especially a Toyota, this is the dealership to purchase from. More

We had met with Luis Martinez a few days ago and made an appointment in hopes of purchasing a new car. When we started the negotiations we were going to purchase the lower model of the Tacoma. At the end we ended with a higher end model. Luis Martinez was very courteous, nice and professional. He really did the best to help us out. The things that he was telling was the truth. How do I know that?? Because of my friends who were sales reps and who recently bought this particular vehicle told me many of things he told us. Luis is great, very knowledgeable and honest and I can appreciate and respect that. We also dealt with Marion the director of finance, she was also very helpful and explained a few things in detail about the finance. I can't speak highly enough of Luis and Marion. We were very pleased with not only our purchase, but the professionalism of this particular team. Everyone was helpful and ready to answer questions we had. The Marvelous Mr. Luis Martinez I took my mom to get a new car at my favorite dealership, Ventura Toyota. Luis Martinez was no pressure, fun like an old friend, informative, flexible, made us feel like he cared and made my mom very comfortable (which isn't easy). While we were finishing my mom's transaction, he checked out my rotten loan on my car (from another dealer) and made me an offer I could not refuse. A couple days later I came back to get my new car from Luis. To top it off, he had a sandwich and drink waiting for me knowing that I had a very long weekend on the road. Ventura Toyota has all around excellent customer service and Luis is the personification of it. Rock on Mr. Marrrrrrrrrrrtinez! (All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic.) More
