The folks at Herb Chambers IMMEDIATELY picked up the car, got me settled with a nice rental, and went to work on figuring out what happened. Through no fault of these amazing people, the car couldn't be fixed for about a month, but they maintained their patience with my daily calls and ensured I knew this was a priority for them.
