Luis Portillo was an excellent salesman. I wasn’t even coming in to buy, I was still in the shopping around phase. Well I never made it past my visit to Lexus of North Miami. Luis was genuine, very knowledgeable about the cars, not pushy, never felt rehearsed and made me feel at ease purchasing a car from him knowing that I wasn’t being tricked or ripped off. He spent hours working with me to obtain the best deal. He always answered my calls even after the purchase and has been fantastic at communicating and following up with my inquiries. I still say hi to him almost every time I come back to Lexus for maintenance. I will be recommending him and Lexus of North Miami to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. More
