Did not address any of my concerns. First, the vehicle has jerking transmission at low RPM's at constant speeds, at initial acceleration, and at low-speed deceleration. Got the standard, "the technician test drove the vehicle and meets specifications and found no issues." What a surprise. Second, they refused to permanently disable the annoying Istop function which according to the Mazda owner's documentation is able to be done by certified Mazda technicians. The only work that was performed was easy and standard oil change and a tire rotation which took nearly 3 hours to complete even with a pre-scheduled appointment. More

We recently moved to Orlando and needed a dealership to service our Mazda vehicles. Sport Mazda South was recommended by a friend who had a great experience with the staff, and services. We were introduced to Ashley Ramsey Sales Manager and Patricia Arguelles in VIP Customer Care. During our visit we experienced great, friendly and knowledgeable service from both Ashley and Patricia. We came in to get our car serviced and see a trade-in option for our other car. Patricia showed us the new CX-70 and was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features while educating us on the differences between our car and the CX-50. She was knowledgeable, not pushy and understood what we were looking for our next purchase. While our car was being serviced, Patricia was able to get us to test drive a 2024 CX50 and after receiving a favorable trade-in offer for our 2nd car from her manager, we decided to purchase the car. We are glad that we were introduced to Sport Mazda South, this is exactly what we were looking for in a dealership. We were completely impressed by the level of professional service from their knowledgeable and friendly staff that we will not go anywhere else. We will be back for our next purchase and will recommend Sport Mazda South to our friends and family. More
