Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Funky radio I had a radio screen that would go on and off. I called in and they had me an appointment within minutes. I brought it in and they had it diagnosed wi I had a radio screen that would go on and off. I called in and they had me an appointment within minutes. I brought it in and they had it diagnosed within an hour. I had to comeback which is not their fault but they had my radio screen in and done within an hour. They made this somewhat stressful thing done and fixed. Now I can go back to rocking out again. More

A big shout out to Keith. My husband is handicapped, Keith did everything possible to assist him, was patient and kind. THATS full customer service. We told him what we wanted, did not want to play game Keith did everything possible to assist him, was patient and kind. THATS full customer service. We told him what we wanted, did not want to play games and not spend the whole day there. He treated us with respect, delivered on our requests. This is our 4th and final car, all bought from Ray Chevrolet, Keith by far gave us the BEST experience..Thank you Keith! More
