After shopping around at other Toyota dealerships in Oregon I am so blessed and thankful I met Fernando at Royal Moore Toyota. I had an appointment with Jonathan who has been very helpful as well but unfortunately he was with another customer so he introduced me to Fernando. Thank God Fernando helped me get my 2025 Tacoma Off Road. He was so patience and helpful. I test drove 2 cars a RAV4 and a Tacoma and also i wanted to check another Tacoma trim. I felt really bad but he did not hesitate to grab those keys. When I finally found the vehicle I wanted he was very honest and upfront about the numbers. He worked so hard to get me the right price and deals. It was a long night but Fernando Morales, Michael Weber, and Luis Rojas were very patience, understanding and professional. They did not haggle me or pressure me to get a contract I didnt want. I am glad i decided to go with Royal Moore after visiting other Toyota dealerships. I want to thank everyone at Royal Moore Michael Weber, Luis Rojas, Jonathan Rodriguez and especially Fernando Morales!! Such awesome guys. I highly recommend going here. Don't waste your time at other Toyota dealerships.
