Really enjoyed my experience at Royal Moore. No pressure establishment, laid back, high volume of vehicles, and great hospitality. All questions and concerns were answered timely. Franky No pressure establishment, laid back, high volume of vehicles, and great hospitality. All questions and concerns were answered timely. Franky was amazing. My wife and I were afforded ample time to test drive the vehicle. We took it out to lunch and to the park with the kids. Throughout the whole process, Franky was attentive, chill, and acted more as a friend than salesman. The finance process with Luis was also great. No pressure to finance add ons. The credit check for fraud protection was new to me, but I understand the requirement is to protect the dealership. I feel this could be better explained or posted within the dealership for customers to review and be aware of, just to make the process more transparent. More
