Luis did not return my calls nor confirm the vehicle was ready for pick up. After a week, I needed the car so I showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, I was not provided w ready for pick up. After a week, I needed the car so I showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, I was not provided with any paperwork on the warranty repairs that were completed nor any work that they completed. I have reached out to Luis several times since picking up the car and he has not returned my calls or answered my voicemails. When I picked up the car, my white interior had grease stains all over the seat, door, center console, windshield, and steering wheel. To date, I have no idea what they did and whether they are still working on getting the backordered parts. Awful experience. More

My recent service experience was perfect. I scheduled a visit for annual maintenance and an auto recall inspection. They anticipated 2 to 3 hours of service time and they achieved it. I was given an estimate to fix my car (shuddering a bit when driven before it was really warmed up) and they said my transmission and the computer was done and it would cost 21k to fix. 21k for a car I pai when driven before it was really warmed up) and they said my transmission and the computer was done and it would cost 21k to fix. 21k for a car I paid 10k for. I took it to a transmission specialist and he said nothing was wrong with the transmission and the car was desperately low on oil. I will never take my car to these wankers again. More
