David is the best sales man ever he really takes care of his customers, listened to his customers and he really cares. I highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Very bad. Multiple calls and no return calls. Asked the tech to have body shop to look at dent I wanted to get fixed. Never did then said he forgot told him ag Multiple calls and no return calls. Asked the tech to have body shop to look at dent I wanted to get fixed. Never did then said he forgot told him again and still didn't do it. Truck was in for 3 months. Left dealer when finally done had to call dealer back to come look at it 2 miles away. Told me mechanic did clean off antifreeze. Very Very bad More

Went in for tire patch first time and took almost 3 hours. They said they did an oil change - accidentally. Sticker wasn’t changed, nor was it updated in car system. Coincidentally shortly after the sa hours. They said they did an oil change - accidentally. Sticker wasn’t changed, nor was it updated in car system. Coincidentally shortly after the same back tire spot had another nail in it. Went back to dealer and explain to them that it was a little suspicious. They told me that the tire had been changed, and I mentioned that the oil had not been changed or at least the sticker had not been updated Nora had the System been updated in the car. He said he would do another oil change while I waited to have the tire looked at again. I let him know. I did not need an oil change, that that is not why I was there. They did another “ oil change,” Inconveniently my other tire could not have a patch either. It was going to be another almost $300. I told him I didn’t really trust them and that I was just going to take my car elsewhere. Miraculously a new sticker appeared with an updated oil change schedule as well as an updated system. I went to a local tire shop and was told that my tire could be patched and $20 later I was on my way. It’s really unfortunate because I had just recommended stingray Chevrolet to trusted friends and family, and I immediately told him of my subsequent experience and to not trust them. That day also another customer had been quite upset and was wasting his opinion quite loudly. While I was waiting for my issue to get resolved the other Were talking smack about the other guest. It is really unfortunate because nothing in today’s day and age is inexpensive and you have to follow up repeatedly to just get basic services completed and lose trust in a company that you have no recourse with. I will no longer recommend this car dealership to anyone for any reason . More

Luis was my service writer when I installed the spoiler on my new Corvette. He set up my appointment, greeted me, took care of getting me a ride to work.
