Splendid highest level of service. Thanks so much to Jason and Lukas. Maximum attention, great deals. I don't know what to say. I've been coming to this service center since August, Thanks so much to Jason and Lukas. Maximum attention, great deals. I don't know what to say. I've been coming to this service center since August, 2011. Every time when I come Jason and Lukas treat me like a close friend. But here was moment I couldn't understand. I was at waiting area and Lukas came up to me to tell me what must be done for my car for better performance. I fully trust Lukas. I don't understand why I should know what must be done before it is done? By mind according Lukas and Jason attention and advice I must see paper work what was done just before I pay. What do I mean is if Lukas tells me something must be done, I can not tell him NO, Don't do it. I trust Lukas, I trust Jason, My safety, my car condition depends on Lukas advice and mechanic who provides service, and if something must be done, I believe I must not approve proposal work. This work must be done I'm really appreciated Jason and Lukas, because I have people I trust, because they keep my car in good shape, Finally my safety, my life (when I drive) depends on their service. My car condition depends on Jason and Lukas. I'm really happy I know people at Tynan's service service. Thanks so much. More

No disclosure of inspection cost, rude customer service Called to schedule check engine light and power seat work. At this time there was no information provided stating it would be $280 just for a diagno Called to schedule check engine light and power seat work. At this time there was no information provided stating it would be $280 just for a diagnosis. My car is an older Infiniti in poor shape. I would have never invested nearly three hundred dollars into the car as we were planning on purchasing a new car very soon. I received the work total of $3000 and knew this would be greater than the car value so decided against the work. I called Wednesday morning letting the service department know that I would be picking up the car that evening without any of the issues being fixed. When I showed up around 5:30p to pick up the car, Luke was extremely rude, stating no one told him I was picking up the car and that his guys have the car torn apart and it was not ready. Then he kept questioning who I spoke to, I did not recall the name. He then said it was probably someone in sales who didn’t relay the message. He was upset and appeared to make everyone uncomfortable when he was asking everyone if I spoke to them. Of course they are not going to fess up in front of an obviously upset coworker looking to blame someone. I said no problem that the car was not ready as my husband was waiting outside with our baby and was willing to walk over to VW dealership to purchase Atlas. He said no we close at six and I should just wait. I waited while he pounded on his keyboard and then handed me the receipt where i found out the $280 charge. I questioned him about it and he kept asking me well how much do i think i should have to pay for the service. I said i was not a specialist in this area but that it should have been disclosed prior to service because again my car is not worth it. He said so do you just think they do this work for free? he made it a point to make me feel very uncomfortable and the front desk clerk appeared very uncomfortable with his behavior as well. After enough berating i paid and i left and drove straight to Emich and purchased a new atlas. I am sure this review is going to go nowhere as I see he has multiple complaints on your website. I should’ve read the reviews before working with Luke. I can’t imagine he can get away with treating woman he encounters this way and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work along side of him and I feel sorry that your management approves of this behavior. More
