Called and explained issue. Received call back from service advisor. He got me in within two days. Initial exam turned up nothing. Deeper investigation found relevant issue. bad business practices went in for oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while watching i heard the tech say next he’s gona remove the marks that i had to make on tires to ensure tire rotation to avoid having to do work that they are charging customers. very unprofessional. i was very disappointed that you can’t even take your nissan to the nissan dealership to keep up with the maintenance for a vehicle i paid 70000 dollars for very sad i also had my two children with me which is the only reason i bought the car to ensure their safety and to see the techs so non caring towards careers they chose deeply saddens me. not only will i never go back this has been a problem at this dealership for years lots of years. any how i hope they get their stuff together and hope its not a reflection of the management that overlooks operations there. so so sad to see i love nissan and when i see that it breaks my heart. More
