I brought my V90 in for a noise emanating from underneath the car - this is clearly a loose shielding or exhaust hanger that causes a rattle when going over bumps. The tech attributed this to the broken bushings on the driver side upper and lower control arms. Photos verified that they were deteriorated, but not horrible. I did have them replaced and a few other things addressed - all for about $4500.00 out of pocket. When I picked up my car and drove it off, the same noise was there. I took it back not once, but twice and the the issue persisted. I had to leave for a flight and was unable to stay and get it resolved. Now I am questioning if the $4500 I spent was even necessary or if I was just a chump who got extorted. I've built a long relationship with Crest's Service department over the years and would have continued to have my car serviced there until the wheels fell off, but this experience has definitely tarnished my opinion and may have lost them a life-long customer.

The service department is really great as they take care of our older SUV which is 20 years old and continues to keep going. We want to thank everyone that works on our cars for what they do for us. My daughter will moving down in late June will be using Crest for her XC60 service. Crest is the best place to go.
