Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I purchased both an Expedition and an Explorer from this dealership and dealt with repeated vehicle issues paired with an alarming lack of profession I purchased both an Expedition and an Explorer from this dealership and dealt with repeated vehicle issues paired with an alarming lack of professionalism. Most concerning was discovering an unauthorized maintenance plan added to my Expedition contract without my knowledge or consent, which I only uncovered later when reviewing my Explorer paperwork. The fact that something this significant could be added without disclosure completely eroded my trust. A dent repair was also handled poorly, initially not fixed correctly and ultimately made worse. When this was brought to the dealership’s attention, their attempt at “compensation” consisted of floor liners and free oil changes—an inadequate and frankly dismissive response given the inconvenience and the diminished quality of work. To top it off, during follow-up discussions, the Director of Finance made an unsolicited remark about the General Manager, stating that “he’s not one to hide from a conversation.” That comment felt particularly ironic given the consistent lack of accountability and transparency I experienced throughout this process. Between the ongoing issues, dismissive responses, and poor communication, it became clear that customer service was no longer a priority once the sale was complete. For vehicles at this price point, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting professionalism or integrity. More

I have gone to the dealer several times to ask for them and they never have a concrete answer. Nobody knows. My experience has not been pleasant lately. More

bent over backwards to make a deal . .. did not negotiate and told salesmsn price was not my concern, vehicle (hybrid) is....salesman said all his hybrid's were Mavericks and he staged on .. did not negotiate and told salesmsn price was not my concern, vehicle (hybrid) is....salesman said all his hybrid's were Mavericks and he staged one at the sales door - walked around and noted i did not see a Maverik badge - he said come to rear and pointed to a small badge at lower right rear that I could not see - poor eyesight ...he then said more were on the lot so we drove around ... at no time did he say these vehicles were not Mavericks... one was of some interest but in had a moonroof and black painted wheels which I DID NOT WANT ... he then tried to sell me for at last the 3'rd time a unit in a customer's possession that went belly up and assured me it was EXACTLY what I wanted including wheels ... I reluctantly agreed to look at it but needed to inspect BEFORE purchase...salesman left and returned with a small post-it note with a price on it for us to take to your financial rep ... he had me sign some papers which i had no time to read... then salesman said he would get the vehicle back for my inspection and begged me to close the deal before month-end ...this i did not want to do with Halloween --- I relented and drove to your shop that next evening wth check in hand - upon arrival salesman asked to hold check while I inspected vehicle ..a big mistake as he disappeared and had the check processed BEFORE I inspected vehicle. Walked around vehicle then he told me it has a moonfoof (same color as body and undetectable w/ my color blindness). I DID NOT want the moonroof and at no time did he tell me the vehicle was NOT A MAVERICK!. We left to return my rental car and deliver the vehicle to my home w/o any contact with your financial person and no Biil of Sale, etc (got after many requests 3 weeks later). Only found out vehicle was an Escape and not a Maverick when I contected my insurance company. Manager said he could not refund moonroof cost because vehicle purchased previous month (10/30/25).although Bill of Sale says 10/29 which I did not get until 3 weeks later and many requests. Signing-off but there is more unsatisfactory dialog and actions that i would be pleased to discuss including outragious cost for custom upholstery. More
