Mason and team are transparent, easy to work with, and there didn't seem to be many games. I worked primarily remotely from NYC to buy the vehicle and we lined everything up before hand. this was my 5th visit to del for the standard oil change and tire rotation. in each of my visits, the service has been outstanding. i dealt with shawn in the service department each time and he was excell and tire rotation. in each of my visits, the service has been outstanding. i dealt with shawn in the service department each time and he was excellent to work with. I am grateful. Also, its worth mentioning that the del toyota customer service i have received is far better than the service i have experienced at the porsche dealer in newtown square. as far as i could tell, they didn't notice when i brought the macan in. your service has far exceeded theirs... it wasn't even close.
