I am SO PLEASED with my experience at Mohawk Honda. The entire sales and finance team who helped me buy my car was incredible, helpful, and kind. I have to give Mikel (MJ) so much credit. I met him a year ago, and I wasn't sure if I was ready yet to purchase a car. He never gave me one ounce of pressure to buy. He actually listened to me, and told me that I have to do it when I am ready, and that he will be there for me. I reached out to him a few times after that during the year, because I either had questions or wanted his opinion. He always got back with me in a timely manner, and was always so happy to hear from me. A year after I met MJ, I was finally ready to buy the car that I really wanted. MJ, Scott and Jamison helped me achieve my goal and they were all so happy for me. Delivery Specialist Jake took the time to show me how everything in my new car works. Because of this incredible, safe, and happy experience that I had at Mohawk Honda, I will always go back to them. I will even drive a half hour to get my new car serviced there just because I trust them 100%. Thank you so much for everything Mohawk Honda, your staff treat customers with respect and kindness. I have been buying Hondas, both new and used, from Mohawk Honda for at least the past 25 years. The sales people have always been accommodating, listened to what we were looking for, and best of all, NEVER P Honda for at least the past 25 years. MJ continued this friendly salesman/womanship this past week as we were looking to purchase a used 2018 CR-V. We spent about 3 hours on both Saturday and Monday with MJ and the finance staff (Mike) to help us choose the right vehicle to meet out needs and to get the best financing/interest rate available. I will continue to recommend Mohawk Honda to family and friends. More

I had an amazing experience for my first time at mohawk Honda! MJ was my salesperson, he listened to exactly what I wanted and had me driving out with my BRAND NEW 2020 CR-V yesterday. My intentions were n Honda! MJ was my salesperson, he listened to exactly what I wanted and had me driving out with my BRAND NEW 2020 CR-V yesterday. My intentions were not to be driving off of the lot with it yesterday and boy did they make it happen, so easily!!!! The place was busy but running so smoothly it was enjoyable to watch. The whole experience was great thank you to the delivery specialist Prince as well he took the time to show me all the fancy new features my car has.
