After four months of researching, comparing and visiting many dealerships, I recently purchased a 2021 T5 Momentum from Volvo Cars Silver Spring. The staff at Volvo Cars Silver Spring is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and not aggressive. The Sales Consultant Mabel Matos listened carefully to what I was shopping for and alerted me when it became available. I met with her, test drove the vehicle while she provided me with details on the performance and features of the car. I later met with the Manager, Eddie Reyes and Abraham Blandon the F&I Manager. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics and I was given time to think over my decision as I had requested. The manner in which the team conducted business was greatly appreciated and I recommend the team and a visit to this particular dealership. My vehicle is beautiful and I LOVE IT! A huge thank you to Mabel, Eddie and Abraham for the phenomenal customer service! I have recommended family and friends to them. Top notch professionals! More
