I can’t say enough good things about Lenoir City Ford and the staff, especially my sales rep Brittanie! First of all, this is my third personal vehicle that I had bought from Lenoir City Ford. I’m a pretty b the staff, especially my sales rep Brittanie! First of all, this is my third personal vehicle that I had bought from Lenoir City Ford. I’m a pretty big fan of this dealership as they’re one of the few dealerships, who don’t price gouge! I’ve rarely had an issue there and if I have, it’s been quickly resolved. The staff there are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly… From my sales rep Brittanie (who I’ve now used twice, make sure you ask for her), to the GM Glen, GSM Charlie, Sales Manger McKenzie, Inventory Manager Wayne, and Chris in parts, everyone there is top notch, helpful and like I previously stated, extremely professional. There’s not another dealership in East Tennessee, that I would go to and luckily they were here in my own backyard. Totally worth the drive to Lenoir City Ford if you’re looking for a new or used Ford or another used vehicle. More

Went for one vehicle got another. After browsing there inventory online I notified them of interest in a vehicle, I was called about five minutes later to set up an appointment. I got there early the next day and MacKenzie and I walked around the lot. The car I was interested in was sold earlier which was alright. He took what I was looking for onto consideration, and sent me towards a rav4 which pretty much check my list for everything I needed for my family. I liked the vehicle and purchased it with no problem. I did come in with financing from my bank, but it seems like they could get you financed easily. More
