Everyone we spoke to, all four persons that afternoon, were kind, gentle, patient and thoughtful. They made it as easy as possible to trade-in our vehicle, and to secure government rebates for an electric were kind, gentle, patient and thoughtful. They made it as easy as possible to trade-in our vehicle, and to secure government rebates for an electric vehicle (something that takes much work on the dealer's behalf for our benefit!) Manager Joel was beyond accommodating and reasonable with his negotiations. He was patient as we went back and forth comparing prices. He didn't regard our distance from his dealership as being a factor that would make speaking with us a waste of time. More
