I drove 45 minutes each way to buy a car at Bob gillingham. I’ve been a loyal customer to them for many many years Because Bob Gillingham cared about their customers and gave amazing customer servi gillingham. Ken Ganley is not a Bob Gillingham. with that being said, I feel like they’re no communicating over there and they’re turning into a big box dealership. They just want quantity of Quality. Nowhere to park people everywhere people not knowing what they’re doing with. That being said I will not be returning and I will not recommend this dealership. More

The service was fine, but I scheduled to have two new tires mounted on my Mustang. The person taking my call was supposed to check to see if the tires were in stock. They were NOT and I called off work tires mounted on my Mustang. The person taking my call was supposed to check to see if the tires were in stock. They were NOT and I called off work so I could get my tires. Long story short--I had to reschedule around my work schedule and received nothing for their mistake. We all make mistakes, but I received no compensation but "we're sorry this happened". More
