We bought our 2021 Q5 recently. Max Misak is our salesman who’s very professional,polite and knowledgeable. He showed us and guided us through the available cars and listened closely to our specifications. M who’s very professional,polite and knowledgeable. The only setback was the financial guy who was unpleasant to deal with; his lack of professionalism nearly resulted in a contract contradictory to our discussion about the agreed interest rate. More
