it was ok but it could be better. they do an ok service once you are in the shop, on the phone not so great., i call because i receive a summons from TLC cause of a recall i have befo they do an ok service once you are in the shop, on the phone not so great., i call because i receive a summons from TLC cause of a recall i have before that the dealer said they complete it (Kayla), but guess what they didn't so i call like 3 times and they keep saying yes we did, once i get to the shop they find out the recall still there incomplete and now because of their mistake i have to pay $350 to tlc. but the last person was so helpful i think her name is maggie. More

Team Eastchester Maggie was the best very informative and also very prompt. They took care of my recalls on my truck in less than 1 hour. Awesome.
