2015 Dodge Durango I went for an A/C issue. I told the lady over the phone the issue I was having. She still scheduled the appointment and the A/C machine was outta serv I went for an A/C issue. I told the lady over the phone the issue I was having. She still scheduled the appointment and the A/C machine was outta service. Since I was already there. I had the kar servicesd kuz I had a check engine light. Turns out to be the purge Valve. $322.30. Done. So I then went to Rt.4 paramus Cdj. The following Monday. Got the A/C fixed and was told . I have a Recall on my caliper. But they didnt tell me that at Eastchester.SmH More

Dealership from xxxx There’s only one reason I come to this dealership and that’s because I purchased a warranty for my car with them... which now is causing me a headache There’s only one reason I come to this dealership and that’s because I purchased a warranty for my car with them... which now is causing me a headache trying to use. Mr. Day is the most pleasant person there followed by Maggie. It takes quite long to get a call in regards to your vehicle and I have to stalk them for updates. Dropped my car last week Thursday and I am STILL waiting to get my car back - it’s kind of ridiculous. It regret purchasing my vehicle here, plus purchasing a extended warranty for it because it’s just about worthless. The salesmen are pretty much all money hungry and don’t care about the customers & the service department needs a xxxx of a lot more training on customer service and just being decent people. Purchased a vehicle in September 2017 from there and June 2018 the car kept shutting off on me while I was on the highway with my 8 month old son. I shouldn’t be having these problems and it shouldn’t be taking so long to fix it. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and when my warranty runs out, I’ll never come back to this service department. More
