Unprofessional, uncaring, lazy customer service I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my tim I scheduled my oil change and when I got there they tell me they can’t do the oil change today they’re to busy. Absolutely no consideration for my time, I reschedule for the next day and AFTER the oil change they charge me $100.00 when my dealer told me I had a package with my lease and all oil changes are free only replacement parts and the sorts I would have to pay out of pocket. I’ve leased Acura’s and BMW’s in the past and NEVER paid $100.00 for a oil change. The service representative was indifferent to anything I had to say and walked away. The last thing a manager said to me is she didn’t have time to speak to me, that I should go elsewhere for a oil change. NEVER GOING BACK disgusting service. More

poor customer service overall The customer service is terrible no one calls you back. none of the supervisors call back. i was left without a rental i was told they will call me ba The customer service is terrible no one calls you back. none of the supervisors call back. i was left without a rental i was told they will call me back no one did then a few days later i recieved a text saying my car was ready. i left several different messages for finance managers and sales managers to discuss trade in options as well as i was looking to talk about purchasing two new cars for my twins that are going away to college no one ever called me back. that was lost of sales for your company but i guess my money or me being a customer doesnt matter. More
