Horrible start to finish No communication horrible service. So I dropped off my 1,045$ A month truck for humorous issues plus a recall. They said no loaner cars. Only a rental after they diagnose the issues and it can’t be repaired in the same day will I be able to get rental. 4 times I told service advisor I NEED a car to get home if not ready. They were supposed to call me. Heard nothing. 4:15 I call, text dealership. I get a message that cars not done I can go get the rental. They give me an adresss but no name of the place That I need to go to. They give a reservation number. I google and find the name of place and number. Call them. They say no reservations have been made for me. 4 times I give them the number and they still say number is no good they 100% will not give me a car cause they didn’t set up for me. So I call tect, the service advisor to tell her the situation 4 times in 45mins. No answer and the service department closed and went home. I was stuck with having to call my local enterprise because the dealership was 15 mins from my job that they expected me to drive back and fourth to drop off my truck then pick up rental. After 1 day they said needs part that on nations back order with no idea when it’s coming in. The other issue I had with park sensors not workin. They claim sensors were dirty. I told her 3 times I wash my car 2 times a week no way they are dirty. That’s redicoulos. Advisor again assured they were dirty. It was a joke. So I picked it up. The next morning on the way to work. The fault came up on the dash again. Front Park sensors fault. Not functional. Less than 12hours later it faulted again. The other issue was The part on back order is a shock. They said pick it up. It’s safe to drive. Safe??? The truck is stuck in track mode setting. It’s not recommended for street driving. The suspension is at the stiffest setting. It’s rides like on rocks hits small bumps hard as if there is no spring in the suspension. Because it’s designed for track driving!!!! I have 2 car seats in the back and this is safe??,with no idea when imthebparts comin In they had me pick up the truck. Truck was filthy. Not even a wash?? Over 1k a month lease and I’ve gotten better service on my 180$ a month civic. Also I get in truck look around to check it out My headphones were removed from my center armrest One pair on seat. The other is no where in the truck. Looked everywhere and there gone. Texted and left message for advisor that night. No text no call back. Call back nevtvday. Told her light back on and headphones missing. They could care less. And said tell the Manager next week on Monday. He’s not in today. Of course he’s not. Called and texted the following Monday. No response as of now from anyone there. The only thing I’m getting from this dealership is emails and texts messages asking me to take some time to give a review. So this is my 3rd one. They still have not reached out to me. More
