Great experience I was traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and unfortunately had car trouble halfway through my trip. Luckily, I was within 2 miles I was traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and unfortunately had car trouble halfway through my trip. Luckily, I was within 2 miles of Eastchester Jeep and was able to get in and have my car serviced. Maggie was extremely accommodating knowing I was not from the area and made sure that I was able to get my car fixed and on my way again. I did have to wait a while but given the fact that I didn't have an appointment that wasn't an issue. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. More

First time car buyer horrible experience The sales man Alfred was not very helpful almost every question i asked his response was i dont know or had to get the answer from someone else seem The sales man Alfred was not very helpful almost every question i asked his response was i dont know or had to get the answer from someone else seemed like he was new and not ever trained ive worked in customer service all my life and his customer service was at most 2/5 he did not make me feel comfortable or sure and happy about choosing this dealership. The finance manager Dimytry Pierre was great the only negative was being told i would get a call to be updated on information and not ever receiving those calls i kept having to call back my self. I was told my car would be cleaned before it being handed over and it wasnt. Getting in touch with a manager to sit down with me and answer any question i had was not easy. Once I was finally able to meet with the manager Germaine he took his time and answered all of my questions which was great i did leave happy after speaking with him and not being given the run around. I did come in for some service the day after purchasing and spoke with maggie very helpful when i dropped off the car again same was told i would receive a call several times to be updated on information and had to call back my self after hours of waiting there was one final call back that was supposed to happen its been a few days and never heard back from her just took matters into my own hands overall this dealership could improve in its customer service and professionalism. More

Maggie is the best! I had an ongoing a/c issue on a new vehicle that I had to go back 3 times last year to finally get fixed. Since I’ve received poor customer service in I had an ongoing a/c issue on a new vehicle that I had to go back 3 times last year to finally get fixed. Since I’ve received poor customer service in the past, I was a little weary about taking it back this year, but you can tell the overall atmosphere has changed. Maggie has always been rock steady (Robert’s pretty good too). It gets really busy there, so having someone who will keep their word (called me at 11:30 am because “Yesterday, I told you I’d get back to you by 12 noon tomorrow”) is really important to me. As long as you give it to me straight, I’m good! It took them a week to figure out the issue but I’m glad they kept the car until it was completely fixed!!! They put me in a rental (no charge) while I was waiting for it to be fixed, so you can’t ask for more. The A/C has been blowing nice & cold. Thanks so much! More
