I went in because my car wouldn't turn over I advised the tech I thought it was a fuel issue since the battery was cranking the starter well I was given an estimate of over 8000 dollars which is insane I fin tech I thought it was a fuel issue since the battery was cranking the starter well I was given an estimate of over 8000 dollars which is insane I finally asked to just do a tune up tire sensor replacement replace heater core and 4 new wheel locks total 1650 dollars and car still had the same issue I took it to them to begin with after all said and done it was a simple fuel pump bypass relay part 20 dollars 30 mins to fix they charged me 130 dollars to put on a tire sensor that takes no more then 15 mins to do i will never go back again or buy a car from them More

Worst service, gave car back and didn't tell me radio crashed, did not put back panel under passenger seat. When received my car back they didn't even tell me they had an issue with the radio. I had to f crashed, did not put back panel under passenger seat. When received my car back they didn't even tell me they had an issue with the radio. I had to find out on my own, when I asked about it, they told me i have to replace radio, there is nothing they can do to get the radio to work. So why when i go home i put in the navigation update USB and i get the radio back to where it was when i brought it in. Service is either un experienced or have no clue what they are doing, or they dont have a supervisor that checks their work. More

This is the worst dealership ever, the services dept is crooks and they don’t honor waranty. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from this dealers. We also purchased a tire warranty for 2yrs. I went a yr lat crooks and they don’t honor waranty. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from this dealers. We also purchased a tire warranty for 2yrs. I went a yr later to one tire changed under the warranty and the other I was going to purchase. After 3 hrs I was told they didn’t have tires for my car and I would have to comeback next week and buy 4 new tires. That was the day of the snow storm that xxxx down the Bronx. I was trapped in the Bronx trying to get back home to Brooklyn in that condition, I had 3 bald tires and a doughnut tire. Needless to say I got into an accident. Also I have complained since purchased the vehicle that the right front tires makes a clicking sound and the car makes a light bang noise when I turn the wheel. I was told it’s nothing, but the suggested that I do a new brake job for 1500 bucks? How is that possible I just purchased the card? These guys lie and only care about the sale and how much they can get out of you for services. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and as soon as can I can find someone to help I will go further. They can’t get away with treating people this way. More

appt. was useless Had trouble with U-connect nav., dropped it off for updates. Paid $125.00. Picked up the T & C mini van and all it kept displaying was "LOADING MAPS" Had trouble with U-connect nav., dropped it off for updates. Paid $125.00. Picked up the T & C mini van and all it kept displaying was "LOADING MAPS" They kept it and did/ offered NOTHING. Serv. Rep. told us WE asked for update instead of new radio.. Techs drive the cars in the lot like its the INDY 500 not practical in a mini van. More
