I first met Dennis Epps back in 2019 when I was living in WV. At that time I reached out to him in my effort to purchase an E 450. My initial impression of Dennis was that he is not your average car salesman. He was honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand. He found exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I requested and he had it shipped in from CT. Fast forward to 2024. Now living in NC, I wanted to purchase a 2025 GLS 450 and I wanted it to be my dream car and just like that, Dennis got to work. We went over every option, configurations, and you name it, we went through it. He then thoroughly explained the building and shipping process as well as stayed in touch with me during the build and kept me abreast of all of the details. Once he received the build and ship date, my wife and I drove from NC to DC. Dennis took it upon himself to send an Uber to take me from downtown DC to the dealership the date of delivery. The car is way more than I dreamed of or even could imagine. Above that, Dennis found an incentive worth $3000.00 from my 2019 purchase. Most salesman would have never applied the same effort as Dennis did. He was not trying to maximizing his commission, but getting me everything that I had coming. As previously stated, Dennis Epps is a great resource for the brand of Mercedes Benz, but he’s an even better friend, gentleman, and no nonsense type of guy. He has always been a straight and honest shooter that why we drove over six hours from NC to MD just to buy another car from him. He’s special. I can’t thank you enough Dennis! More

Overall, this is the seventh Mercedes-Benz we've purchased over the course of three decades. This was our second purchase with Dennis Epps as the salesperson, and our third purchase from Mercedes-Be purchased over the course of three decades. This was our second purchase with Dennis Epps as the salesperson, and our third purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills since 2021. Dennis, Mahaman Kolo (Finance), and Courtney Devilbiss (Product Specialist) all did an excellent job of representing not only the dealership but the Mercedes-Benz brand. I came to the dealership having researched and tracked a particular model for over four-months. Dennis' extensive knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line was extremely beneficial in addressing my questions when comparing one model versus another. Given the existing inventory, he was instrumental in helping me decide on the final product best suited for me. Mahaman was extremely helpful throughout the financing process and provided the level of assurance I was seeking to know I was within my budget and protected against any major concerns involving the car. Courtney was the closing act and capped off the engagement with an unexpected orientation of the vehicle. Today's vehicles are computers on wheels, and Courtney took the time to explain all the features, help me through the customizable settings, and let me know they would remain available with any further questions.
