Excellent Service Have been to a few dealerships in my time but none of them can touch the quality of service I continually receive at Palm Springs Nissan. The dealer Have been to a few dealerships in my time but none of them can touch the quality of service I continually receive at Palm Springs Nissan. The dealership has quite a diverse staff in place (Top to Bottom) that fully understand why they are there. The entire team is amazing but special mention needs to go to Fernando Esparza, Ed Ghajar, Majed Mansour, Paul Connolly & Richelle Struve. Because of the experiences I've had with them I see NO reason to search for automobile service anywhere else! More

Quick and Easy! We were very happy with our experience at Palm Springs Nissan. We went in wanting to lease a new Altima and everyone we dealt with; Majed, Seth and E We were very happy with our experience at Palm Springs Nissan. We went in wanting to lease a new Altima and everyone we dealt with; Majed, Seth and Evan played a role in making it happen. We left with our new Altima in under 2 hours and loved the laid-back, no pressure style we encountered. Majed was wonderful in making us feel welcome and happy with the transaction, Seth was friendly and knowledgeable, and Evan was quick and efficient. We definitely will be back next time we need a car and I highly recommend others go as well. More

Always great!! I took my parents to get their Sentra to get serviced and was helped by Justin Perezchica. He was very helpful and knew his job very well. Pablo was the salesman and he was awesome. All the questions we asked him he knew and answered them leaving us without a doubt. We drive all the way from Apple Valley to Palm Springs to get our cars. Richelle the Finance director is always looking out for the best interest in the client. We have purchased 3 cars total from her and it is always hassle free. I wouldn't go to any other Nissan dealer. Richelle and her team are the best!!!!! More

Quick, easy and affordable I am a first time buyer so i was extreamly nervious about not being approved or not being about make the payments because of a high intrest rate. I was greeted as soon as i got out of my car and was asked what kind of car i was looking for. i had my heart set on a Juke, but with a 17% intrest rate because of no credit, i couldn't afford it. i ended up getting a beautiful silver Rogue that is a year old but im so happy i ended up with my "Grey Ghost". Thank you Richelle (Finance Director) and Majed (Sales Manager) for all the help and keeping an anxious new owner at ease. More
