The following year I was promoted to handle accounts payable where I stayed for 15 years. Recently I accepted a position as Service Advisor which I love. Melainne , my service advisor was excellent! Car was serviced and returned clean. They quickly fixed a problem I had with the start switch and they found my battery tested weak and it was covered by my the warranty. I had an 11:30am appointment and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for a 10 m Hello, I’m very disappointed about the scheduling of this oil change. I had an 11:30am appointment and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for a 10 minute job! If you were short handed you should have called me in the morning and asked if I rather reschedule! This is not very good customer service! I’m very disappointed and might not ever refer your dealership to family and friends. More
