Toyota Direct used shady and possibly illegal tactics when I bought my car. They bait-and-switched the vehicle I wanted, gave false information (including the wrong VIN), and hard-pulled my credit withou when I bought my car. They bait-and-switched the vehicle I wanted, gave false information (including the wrong VIN), and hard-pulled my credit without consent—illegal in Ohio. When they had to fix their own mistakes, they complained about working on a Sunday. I’m telling friends family and fellow active duty service members to avoid this place! More

Well, the sales floor was a little dated, need something to improve the mood of buying a vehicle...the salesman was green but tried very hard. Lack of product knowledge.
