My particular advisor was Mandi Davis and she provided a wonderful customer experience. I happened to have a lot of questions and she always took the time to properly research the answer. When I was waiting for my car, I chatted with another customer who was working with Ms. Davis and the customer only had positive things to say about her because she really takes the time to be present with us so we can decide what services we need. It never felt like she was trying to upsell or get as much money out of me as possible. It was a great experience because after I drove away, I felt confident that all the things that needed to be done were done and I didn’t have to pay extra for things I didn’t need. More

Mandi Davis is a great service advisor and I make sure I always see her. She always gives the best recommendations on what my car needs. Mandi always keeps me updated whenever I’m waiting and if I ever have always see her. She always gives the best recommendations on what my car needs. The wait times are long but they do provide a shuttle service and amenities like Starbucks and subway if you chose to wait there. More

I have been a happy customer for many years. I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I nee I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I needed my radiator replaced, which I agreed. I later got a call saying it would take several weeks, which would be fine. I was promised a call back to see if a new radiator was ordered. That was one week ago, been trying to get a hold via text, phone, and chat to see if a radiator was ordered. No one is responding to me. I know my truck is old and they probably want me to buy a new one, but this leaves a bad taste. I am now thinking the next vehicle I purchase will be somewhere else. I was considering buying one next year. More
