Toyota Sequoia purchasev Sadly our experience was not the greatest because we were made to walk all the way to the back of the lot in a very hot day; we were only able to see Sadly our experience was not the greatest because we were made to walk all the way to the back of the lot in a very hot day; we were only able to see 3 models after begging the vendor for the keys of each one of them one by one, after we had already requested to see the 3 models, he let us wait back there every time he went to get one key at the time and asked my wife if she also wanted the keys of another car parked nearby, which was not nice, to say the least. We asked him about the trunk cover of the model we purchased which is included in Sequoias at other dealerships, but he just say it was not included and said we were going to receive a call from a person called Manny but we never did.. More

Let the buyer beware I was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner after the sales was final. Robin Conant is included in this complaint only as he was present. Once in finance I was led to believe that I would be getting a refund and indeed received the refund, but was later notified that I owed the refunded amount. David Abarca was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a sales situation. He even accused me of being an imposter, that I wasn't the person who purchased the vehicle. If I wasn't treated so disrespectful by him, it would be comical. More
