I arrived with a specific truck in mind and a even more specific price. I wasn’t sure I had a reasonable expectation to get what I needed for what I could afford. My sales person, a very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable woman named Jamie Lopez walked me through the search options/prices with expertise. While in the process of the purchase Mrs. Lopez and Manny Ramirez worked with me to get the price I needed. Mrs. Lopez and Mr. Ramirez really did everything they could to make this a great experience, including being very attentive to my five year old son while I did paperwork. Even the finance dept, a Mr Mariano was freindly, curtious and helpful. Honestly didn’t expect such a great experience. Thank you guys! More

Toyota Sequoia purchasev Sadly our experience was not the greatest because we were made to walk all the way to the back of the lot in a very hot day; we were only able to see Sadly our experience was not the greatest because we were made to walk all the way to the back of the lot in a very hot day; we were only able to see 3 models after begging the vendor for the keys of each one of them one by one, after we had already requested to see the 3 models, he let us wait back there every time he went to get one key at the time and asked my wife if she also wanted the keys of another car parked nearby, which was not nice, to say the least. We asked him about the trunk cover of the model we purchased which is included in Sequoias at other dealerships, but he just say it was not included and said we were going to receive a call from a person called Manny but we never did.. More

Once in finance I was led to believe that I would be getting a refund and indeed received the refund, but was later notified that I owed the refunded amount. David Abarca was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a sales situation. He even accused me of being an imposter, that I wasn't the person who purchased the vehicle. If I wasn't treated so disrespectful by him, it would be comical. More
