This started with my parents popping into Lexus on a whim. We had been dealing with Lincoln (my car at the time) for weeks and it was nothing but games. Considering this would have been my 3rd car with whim. We had been dealing with Lincoln (my car at the time) for weeks and it was nothing but games. Considering this would have been my 3rd car with them and my dad’s 2nd...it was a beyond disappointing. My dad worked with Mr. Howard Kent & Mr. Anthony Burruano and left with a gorgeous new Lexus NX 300!! He immediately returned with me the following day! We were greeted so warmly as we walked in. Masks, social distancing. The facility is stunning and spotless. Again, Howard & Anthony were an absolute pleasure to work with. I ALSO leased a new NX 300!! It was actually on a truck on its way to the dealership. I hadn’t even seen it in person yet! We came back just after it arrived to the dealership, were escorted to a private bay where my gorgeous new car was waiting! It was everything I’d hoped for and more! Caviar exterior with the glazed caramel interior and I was immediately obsessed. Quick note on the service bays...just WOW!! We then finalized the financials with Mr. Steve Kritikos. Also...amazing! No games. SO lovely. Explained all of the additional packages available. Did NOT try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We are thrilled with what we chose. In the midst of the paperwork, my husband mentioned we were working w another dealership to sell his Tacoma and Steve spoke with Ms. Tina Klein. We forwarded all of the info on our beloved truck, along with photos. Tina & Steve immediately came back with an offer. Again. No games. Done deal. Marc Jean then sat with me to go over the tech aspects of the vehicle. I didn’t get the whole experience with him as we had just run out of time. But he set up all the important stuff for me!! Gave me his card and he will go over anything I have questions about in person or via phone. We live in West Palm so it’s quite the drive. Several people in detailing, along with our Howard, worked with me on a mark that is on the plastic part of the bumper. Several times, in fact. Always patient. Always kind and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know! Looking forward to being a Treasure Coast Lexus customer for a long time to come! Thank you to everyone! Although I haven't yet worked with Ms. Dianne Spencer in tech, she did send out a lovely card with all of the contacts I would need! Much appreciated! More
