A happy surprise! Last week my wife and I were driving and out of the blue received a call from our Treasure Coast Lexus Salesman, Paul Licausi. Paul remembered us from our purchase almost two years ago and out of the blue received a call from our Treasure Coast Lexus Salesman, Paul Licausi. Paul remembered us from our purchase almost two years ago of a used 2015 LS 460, and I knew his call would be a good one: He had just taken a 2017 LS460L in trade and it was my favorite colors, white on parchment. And better yet, just 20,000 one-owner miles! The next week we purchased the vehicle and are delighted. The Lexus improvements in just two model years and many upgrades contribute to the driving experience of our new "limo"! Paul was extraordinary and great to work with in every way, starting with his acute long-term memory of my needs and desires and waiting to call until he had the exact Lexus he knew I would fall in love with, all over again!
