My one suggestion would be that if a customer has a specific issue that is a deciding point, they would say, "Let's look and see what the manual says about that" instead of letting me search through the internet.

My purchase of a 2022 Telluride with 9000 miles has been
deemed a lemon. Dashboard system shut down, smell that I have paid to have removed, but unsuccessful. I have been forced to seek legal counsel. The d

The dealership, ALM South, has avoided me (other than Marc Romage the salesman). And he informed me that I could buy a 2023, that I suggested, that I found in the showroom, but have now been told it was sold. So there offer now is to wait until a new one comes in late February, but I would have to pay over $2000 more than sticker because “ that’s how it works”. If the car makes it to the dealership without anyone putting s deposit on it, I can get it for the original price of the new I found in the showroom. Marc was s great salesman, and I’m sure meant well, but the lack of a solution has marred my experience and excitement of my new car.
