Honda of the avenues does good work in your cars. Service advisors are nice and professional though poor at customer service or communication. They do not provide updates if you wait for your car. I was informed that my service would take about 2 hours. At 2+ hours i had to go to Marcellis for a status update or to learn if my car was ready. He never came to me during the two hours. He then showed me an image of my air filter with the recommendation to change it - i agreed. On another note when i went to my car - the seat had been lowered all the way down and pushed back and all mirrors adjusted for the other tall driver. I was surprised as i am 5'2' and if they had to make big adjustments they did not attempt to reset close to how the seats and mirrors were set when they got into the car. This is the only dealer that i have been to that does this. Customer service is mediocre - its an area of opportunity for improvement. More
