The staff, from service, to sales, to finance, has always made a typically tedious process speedy, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their explanations of the purchase/lease details and car features are clear and complete. They don't play pricing games. From start to finish, they are the best! As long as they sell cars, I will buy cars from them and have my cars serviced by them. Thank you, Bill, for your expertise, professionalism, and warmth. More

Give you competitive pricing up front and Brittany was a thrill to work with. Fantastic communication. No games. And lots of laughs with a lot of fun. It is not your typical car buying experience with the back and forth games. It is so much more pleasant than that which is why we came back. Every person we came across for this transaction was pleasant and this transaction really was frustration free. I’d go back to valley Honda again and find Brittany for my next car purchasing needs. About as good as you can get! I have been dealing with Valley Honda since 2005, and Jeremy Andrews has been my go to guy, for a least half that time. From purchase, to service, to I have been dealing with Valley Honda since 2005, and Jeremy Andrews has been my go to guy, for a least half that time. From purchase, to service, to trade in time, I've never had another dealer, or brand, come close to Valley, in taking care of my needs! Jeremy is just icing on the cake, because of his attention to detail, and making sure that I get the best deal possible, along with being there whenever I need help, after the sale. Just leased a 2018 CRV, and the experience was in keeping with all the other times. Can't imagine dealing with any other sales person, or dealership. More

Having visited numerous dealerships/salesmen throughout the western suburbs, We have now purchased three vehicles from Valley Honda (1 new, 2 used). Having visited numerous dealerships/salesmen throughout the western suburbs, I can say without exception this dealership and staff is the most efficiently run/customer-oriented location. Steve Grady went out of his way to assist us in finding the perfect vehicle for our needs/budget and was more than timely in all of his efforts. He will be the only call I make the next time we need a vehicle. We also continue to service our Honda vehicles here as the quality, cost, and customer service is always exceptional. More

Outstanding It was actually fun (who says that about the car buying experience these days) working with Kurt to decide which Honda would be the best option for me It was actually fun (who says that about the car buying experience these days) working with Kurt to decide which Honda would be the best option for me. And as fate would have it, the best fit was the Honda Fit! From beginning to end, Kurt was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough and, most important to me, kind. This is my third Honda with Valley Honda. The whole dealership is wonderful. But Kurt specifically went above and beyond and that was extremely appreciated. More
