Our sales person is Randall Rosen and he is also the best! For the first time we enjoyed our experience buying an auto. Randall is friendly, and honest. He is very helpful and patient with our questions on the many new features of our new CRV. Randall is absolutely a not a no pressure guy as were all of the employees we dealt with at Valley Honda. Including Rose Hernandez (finance manager) and Marco Maldonado (assistant service manager). We will purchase from Valley Honda again and give high recommendations to others. More

Very pleasant experience I took my 2013 Honda CRV in to Valley Honda to repair a tire and an oil change. While waiting, my husband and I decided to look around. We were very pleased with the upgrades on the 2017Honda CRV. I asked Marco, the Assistant Service Manager, about getting an appraisal of my 2013 CRV. He was very nice and directed me to the appropriate person. Then I was introduced to Fred Sims, the most friendliest sells person you would ever want to meet. This guy is so patient and thorough, he makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience! It felt like we have known him forever. By the time we left, it was closing time and he wasn't rushing to get home, he took his time with us. He wanted to make sure we understood all of the features of our new car and told us do not hesitate to contact him for a refresher course! We just had a great time! Every one that we came in contact with, were very friendly. He introduced us to Nick Poole, the Sales Manager, who was also very helpful and nice! The finance lady was really nice, I'm sorry I forgot her name. This is why I don't mind driving from Chicago to Aurora for purchasing and servicing my cars. This is my 3rd Honda car! If you take good care of your car, they will not hesitate to give you top dollar for your trade in!! I love Valley Honda! More

We narrowed it down to twork options and he walked us through the pros and cons of each and when we had questions gave us informative and concise answers. Where we had concerns he acknowledged them and then offered help to put them at ease. In the end, Jason made the best of buying a car and helped us get our hands on a trustworthy car, for an excellent experience, and confidence for a long term purchase. More

A Class dealership with A+ Sales associates It was a casual visit to Valley Honda to fix something with my 9 year old Accord. While i was waiting, Jon Olivares struck a conversation with me that led me walking out with a brand new CRV by the evening. Jon was extremely professional, informative and consultative sales guy. My demands were specific and detailed in nature on pricing, features etc. so that i may get the value i desired. I thought Jon was very patient with me and made me feel like a valued customer. He worked beyond the closing time to deliver my new car. He is an asset to any organization. Nick, the sales mgr. was a cool deal maker, nothing pushy, swift and action oriented and always keeping the customer at the center. Marco Maldonado from service was very prompt and a thorough customer service professional. Rose Hernandez from leasing/finance was extremely quick with all the papers all done to perfection. All in all, always happy with a Honda and now the Valley Honda dealership. They are professional, friendly and most importantly i sensed a strong element of trust through the experience.
